# How do I receive my rental incomes?

You have 3 options to receive your daily rent payment:

* You can receive it directly in [USDC](https://blockscout.com/xdai/mainnet/address/0xDDAfbb505ad214D7b80b1f830fcCc89B60fb7A83/transactions) in your Gnosis Chain compatible wallet.
* You can claim it in [USDC](https://etherscan.io/token/0xa0b86991c6218b36c1d19d4a2e9eb0ce3606eb48) through an Ethereum Smart Contract (Gas fees at your charge).
* You can automatically reinvest into the dedicated Reinvestment Property.

Rent is paid in USDC a [stablecoin](https://blog.realt.co/what-is-a-stablecoin-and-how-does-it-work-430a05840e21?source=collection_home---4------3-----------------------) that has the same value as a currency like dollars. Using it allows for REALD Token owners to receive their rental income in a stable currency that does not fluctuate.
